Cancelation Policy

Skin With Talia LLC aims to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that sometimes things happen in life, but I kindly request that you provide 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives your esthetician an opportunity to reschedule another client. Failure to provide at least 48 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your service that you missed. This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment. If the fee is not paid, you will not be able to book another appointment until doing so.

Deposits

A $25 NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be required for each appointment, the $25 will go towards your service, unless your appointment is canceled.

Late Arrivals

I understand traffic and running late happens. However please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you but you may be asked to reschedule if there is not enough time. A late fee of 50$ will be charged.

No Show’s

No show appointments will be charged a 100% fee of their service to the credit card on file, on top of the $25 non refundable deposit. If the card declines, you will not be able to reschedule another service until the fee is paid and a hold will be put on your account.

In the rare circumstance that a client has a history with 2 “no shows” or excessive recurring rescheduling/cancellations, they will no longer be able to book appointments at Skin With Talia LLC.
